Trading Terms
PRICES
VAT will be added to all goods once invoiced (no VAT on Children's items).
CARRIAGE
Goods are dispatched by road transport. Orders over the value of £300.00 excluding V.A.T. will be delivered free of charge. Orders under this value will be charged carriage at a flat rate of £15.00.
PAYMENT
- a) Proforma
- b) Account, net cash strictly 30 days from invoice date.
TITLE OF GOODS
The goods remain the property of Celtic Collection Ltd until paid for in full.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Claims for goods damaged in transit or short supply will only be entertained if notice in writing is given to us within 7 days of delivery. Where goods are accepted without being checked the delivery note must be signed “Unchecked”.
QUANTITY (Specials)
Celtic Collection Ltd reserve the right to supply and invoice up to 5% more or less than the quantity ordered, owing to the printing production.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The buyer will indemnify Celtic Collection Ltd against all liabilities where work done to the buyers specification infringes on any intellectual property rights.
PACKAGING
Goods are packed in pack sizes as stated on web site.
SECONDS
Celtic Collection Ltd reserve the right to dispose of any seconds as they see fit.
COSTS
Celtic Collection Ltd reserve the right to invoice any costs incurred should any order be cancelled. Where payment is not made within our stated terms and the account is passed to our debt collectors, any costs incurred will be added to the customers account.
CONTRACT
The customers order shall be regarded as a contract for the supply of goods by Celtic Collection Ltd. The contract shall be governed by English Law and the customer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court in all matters concerned with the contract.
